| 5 Sep 2011 I have been training the whole summer at Eksjö, Because of work. The training has been RAW and I have just done the most essential lifts. Three times a week, and 1 - 1,5 h per session. I did a good squat, 240x3 with no belt, and 160x5 in benchpress, with my legs in the air, before I moved to Jönköping to start my studies again and to start training at JSK again. This week I started with a new program, because the summer program has ended. Squat: 215x3 Benchpress, red band: 6x3x120 Sumo deadlift, 3 cm high: 3x5x160 Belly. A very light start of the program. |

| Sorry for not updating... I have had a really rough time. Exams at school and a start up for a projekt / company that Me and my girlfriend will have over the whole summer. We have a wagon on the square in Eksjo where we sell ice cream, food, and so on. This has been challenging to start up. While we have had exams and such at school. I have trained my workout and this is the last week as I train before I go on the European Championship in England. I will compete June 10. I have one last heavy land workouts on the bench workouts left on Wednesday. Before then, I have been on 325 in the deadlift, which was light, and light 250 in the bench press! |
