My supplements, all from Strength

Before my session:
* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and

During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.

After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.

Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

Deadlift: 255x4 :) New PB with 1 rep on that weight.

Small Partial deadlift: 255x3, 265x3, 280x3.

Benchpress with 15 cm block: 180x2, 210x2, 220x2, 230x2, 240x2.

I have been resting for a whole week, because me and Sara were at a vacation in Tunis..

Today: Squat: 252,5x3 Quite good lifts :)

Deadlift on 3 cm high: 175x3, 175x5

Legpress: 300x5, 325,x5, 350x5

Friday: Sumo deadlift on 3 cm hight: 160x5, 2000x5, 227,5x5

Partial deadlift: 227.5, 247,5x3, 277,5x3

Than I took down the barbell, and Did one very easy deadlift with 277,5 :)
