* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and
During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.
After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.
Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

| 20 MAY 2009 Today I had a really heavy benchpress session! I also tried my shirt that I have been using for 5 sessions (the new one, the same as my old.. but IT'S MUCH DIFFERENT!!!!????. Benchpress RAW: 162,5x3 Benchpress + shirt (The new one): 2x1x215 (the lifts were not good.. heavy..) Shirt change.......... I took my 1,5 year old shirt (the one that i have pressed 230 with..).. 215x1 (quite easy!!) Benchpress with 10 cm block: 230x1, 240x1 !!! Benchpress RAW: 140x9. Small benchpress: 130x5 .. I found out that I will have to use the old shirt from now on... It's better than the new one... They even aren't the same... -- FILMS: 162,5 215 set 1 (new shirt) 215 set 2 (new shirt) 215 set 3 (old shirt) 140x9 |

| 18 Maj 2009 I got my new suit from metal. METAL KING SQUATTER: Size 53. Squat: RAW: 225x3 (very deep and easy) Full gear (first time with this suit) All lifts were parallel or 1-2 cm over...!: 280x1, 310x1, 330x1, 347,5x1 (PB AND EASY!!!), 352,5 (PB) I had a lowering in the middle, Somebody just touched the barbell so I got a little help, but I did the rest by my self. This squat was deeper than the one on 347,5. Benchpress with shirt +10 cm block: 200x1, 220x1, 230x1... I don't think that this shirt is the same as my usual shirt. But it says that its exactly the same??? METAL VIKING BENCHER X TYPE... Size 58.. The material don't seem to be the same, and the shirt is not "smaller" but Shorter, much shorter.... If I cant lift good on Wednesday with the shirt, I will have to have my old shirts again.... 347,5 SQUAT 352,5 SQUAT |

| 15 May 2009 Deadlift: Full gear: My mom has sewed my suit since the last session, but she has to sew it more until next time. 240x1, 280x1, 305x1, 315x1, 320 (ALMOST FINISHED; but the first time I dropped the barbell on big weights... But it was not the strength in my hands.. The barbell is very sharp, and it started to slide, so it teared up my hand... To not injure my hand more i dropped the barbell... fuck. Benchpress: 4x3x100. Ok. Belly training. 315 320 |

| 13 May 2008 I did a good warm up for my shoulders so they wont hurt that much... It helped a bit.. Squat with red bands: 3x3x130 Benchpress: 157,5x3, 135x8 Benchpress with shirt an 5 cm block: 215x2, 217,5x2 Small benchpress: 100x5, 120x5, 125x5 Quite a heavy session, but I did well. Squat 130x3 bands. Benchpress 157,5x3 5 cm block: 215 5 cm block: 217,5 |

| 11 May 2009 Squat:RAW: 220x3 Squat full gear: 280x1 (the suit broke a little bit... Like usual when the KING suits brake.. It did not explode, but it started to brake like small scratch or a Rip... I had to continue ... But every lift was like ... SCARY. I thought that the suit would explode every time. So i could not make the lifts so "fast" as I wanted.. 305x1, 330x1 (2 cm over parallel). 342,5x1 (good and easy lift, parallel). |

| 8 May 2009 I took a bran new METAL KING, SUMO DEADLIFTER. But I did not sew it enough... It was a bit to big. Deadlift:full gear: 240x1, 270x1, 300x1, 315x1 (good lift, but heavy in the end.. I think it was because of the big suit). small deadlift: 2x5x180 Benchpress: 3x3x100 |

| 6 May 2009 Explosive LOW-BOX squat, with red bands. 3x3x135. In the squat warm up my shoulders started to hurt, real bad.. I have to warm up the shoulders more before the squat... It was hard to benchpress afterwards.. Benchpress: 152,5x3 Negative benchpress with shirt: 220x3, 240x2 |

| 29 April 2009 Squat: (new suit, KING SQUATTER size 53). I had to stretch it out So i can start to use it orderly next week. 280x1, 310x1, 325x1 (almost deep, maybe 2-1 GOOD) Netagive: 340x1 Benchpress: 3x3x100 Deadlift: 3x1x160 Belly training 6 set! GOod session! |

| NORDIC JUNIORS POWERLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIP! 25 April. My highest goal was to make a total result, (get a good squat, with my big old suit). The second goal was to WIN! I succeeded in both my goals! I took a very easy first squat... Squat: 290 good, 315 (bad..), 315 (3-0 good) I have been really good in the benchpress for a long time. Maybe it was stupid to have a heavy session 5 days before the competition. Today my benchpress strength was really bad.. Benchpress: 215 (good, But heavy?) 222,5 BOM (I did a lowering in the end) VERY HEAVY.. My back started to hurt also.. I did not lift the 3:th lift... Deadlift:: My deadlift has been very good. Last session I deadlifted 315, very easy at Eksjö. Today I had problems with the technique.. 290 Very easy 315 (i lifted the bar 5 cm from the legs and made it extremely heavy... dropped the bar in the end on purpose.. The last one.. Is funny! I was almost done, but I said to the judge "I'm Done"... No lift. .. Total 820,. With 4 lifts.. Now I can forget this and just look forward to the JEC in 6-7 weeks In Jönköping!" | 20 April 2009 My last session before the Nordic championship in Denmark.. Squat (old suit): 270x1, 300(parallel), 300x1 (Better than the last one, could be "good lift") Take a look your self... I will also have a picture. The new suit.. 2x1x330.. Both were parallel.. You will see the movie of the last lift. Benchpress: 215, good, but it took a while to get down. 222,5 (long stop!!) 227,5, GOOD stop, but "bad at the end", because the barbell tipped at one direction and somebody took the barbell at the better side, so it was very hard for me to make the lift 100%.. Benchpress RAW: 135x8, very easy. Movies 300 330 222,5 300 lift.. ![]() |

| 17 April 2009 Deadlift: 240x1, 270x1, 290x1, 305 ---> (310).. It was 5 kg more on the oterside.. So in the first attempt I lifted the barbell 10 cm over the ground. I realise that I would not be able to hold the barbell so i dropped it, than went mad and drew it.. It was heavy... After that I saw that it was 310... 315x1 (I think this lift is super good!) Barbell bent over row: 3x5x110 Belly training I have a heavy squat session on Monday than I will compete in the Nordic championships. In the squat I'll have to wrap my self... |

| 15 April 2009 Explosive squat ( With the new technique = Slow down, the first 25%, and than fast the remain 75%. Go get a better deep): 4x1x150 (good!!!) Explosive Benchpress 5x3x120 Benchpress+shirt+ 15 cm block: 180x1, 205x1, 230x1, 250x1, 270 BOM, 270 (on of 5 people touched the bar a little bit...., I think that I would have pressed it anyway) Some upper back training (VERY EASY) 4 set belly training. This session was quite good. But I did not feel so god psychical today, because of some coincidence in my private live. My shoulders hurt a bit also, but ITS NOT because I had benchpress on Monday.. I just had a rough day... |

| 13 April 2009 Squat, old suit: 2x1x300 (First one not deep, second one deep). New suit (used once last session): 325x1... 340: GOOD lift. New technique. Slow in the start, than fast the last part. It worked good. I will try it in all lifts next time. 370x1 (I just went out with the weight). Benchpress: 215x1, 222,5x1, 225,1 (good lifts) Belly training. 300 set 2 340 225 |
