My supplements, all from Strength

Before my session:
* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and

During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.

After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.

Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

Now the sessions are beginning to get more heavy.

Squat: 3x5x200

Negative squat raw: 230x2, 260x1, 290x1, 300x1

Benchpress with 15 cm block: 230x3, 240x2, 250x3 (It was suppose to be 1 repetition, but It was soooo easy, that I made 2 more. )

Deadlift with wide grip: 110x5, 150x5, 160x5

I took two sessions in one (Friday and Saturday).

Deadlift: 225x3,

Small deadlift: 2x5x190

Benchpress: 5x3x105

Kable row with one hand: 50x8, 60x8, 70x8

Biceps training
with barbells, quite easy training, and light shoulders training, ( rotator cuff ) Upp, out and in. And at the end belly training 5 set.

Benchpress: 155x5 EASY! 2x5x145, 8x140.

Benchpress with 5 cm block: 155x3, 160x3, 162,5x3

Small benchpress: 110x5, 2x5x125

Push ups on two chairs: BW x8 and with 25 kg on the back x6

Negative benchpress: 155x3, 175x2, 190x1 Good!!

Floorpress: 80x4, 100x4, 110x4..

Some biceps training also, with barbells.

Benchpress with 2 red bands. I take them around the barbell and the bench. 7x3x90

Push ups: 5x3

Biceps training..

And some easy solders training. .

Now my knee is good after 2 weeks resting!

But I have not been training squat in 4 weeks and thats a long time, the longest time resting ever.

Squat: 2x7x170. Many reps... But it was Ok. I was tired afterwards..

Benchpress 20 cm block: 200x1, 220x1, 240x2, 260x1, 270x1. The last rep was quite easy!

And some upper back training and belly training!
