My supplements, all from Strength

Before my session:
* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and

During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.

After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.

Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

Benchpress, with shirt: 225x1, 235x1 (1 cm left to the chest..)

240x1 (a little bit problem with the technique, I hope to do it better next time!!!)

RAW: 155x7 I think....

Deadlift, full gear: 240x1, 280x1, 305x1, 310x1 (good lift!!!)

BenchpresS: 8x3x115

Lat pull and belly training.


Monday:


Squat, full gear: 330x1, 350x1 (VERY GOOD AND QUITE EASY!!!)

The thing is... WHen I squat light weights they're quite heavy, but when I come up to the "heavy" weaights, they become much easier.. The lift on 350 was MUCH lighter than the lift on 315......?

Legpress: 470x3, 520x3

I Had my first Exam today in entrepreneurship and business planing. On wenesday I'll have one in accounting, so I trained my benchpress session today alsop!


Squat: full gear: 315x1, 330x1, 340x1 (some thing went wrong in this lift, because it was VERY heavy....).

Benchpress, with shirt: 2x1x230, very easy!

Deadlift: Full gear: 280x1, 295x1 (good!) 300x1 (I almost lost the bar so the lift was not a perfect one...)

Barbell bent over row: 120 3x5

Benchpress with shirt: 4x1x225 (very easy lifts, but the 3 first ones was not "all the way down".. I drew the shirt to hard so I had some problems.. But in the last rep the shirt was loose, and the lift was good!

RAW: 150x8

Small: 145x5

My lower back is hurting a lot.... It was not that fun to squat today, especially to walk out with the weights.

Squat: RAW: 242,5x3 PB (12,5 kg more than summer of 2008.)

Full gear:
325x1 (good lift...).

Legpress:
420x3, 470x3, 500x3

Benchpress+shirt (metal KING):
2x1x215.. First set, was BAD. The first time all the way down. I had problems in the bottom, almost lost controll of the barbell.. The second was EXPLOSIVE!

220x1 (easy!)

RAW: 147,5x7.......

Floorpress:
110x3, 140x3, 160x3 PB?

Deadlift: 5x1x160

Squat: 237,5x3 PB! All lifts were very deep! The last one (not caught on film, the phone died...) was the best.

Full gear:
2x1x315

1/3 Squat: 340x2, 370x2

And the last one, on 400 kg, was 1/2 Squat..!!

Deadlift RAW: 250x3 (my old RM3). Quite good lifts. The last rep was in slowmotion, I dont know why

Gear: 2x1x285 - good lifts.

TOday I tried my METAL king Xtype. I tried that shirt once last year, but Than I thought that it was bad. Today it was quite good! I will see How the shirt will work the coming sessions! With 5 cm block, and all the way down to the chest!

Benchpress+shirt+10 cm block: 230x1, 250x1, 260x1, 270x1 !!! IT was GOOD weights :)

Benchpress: 145x8

Deadlift: 5x1x160 !

Deadlift: 280x1, 2x1x290 (wrong weight, it was suppose to be, 2x1x280......., 290 was not that easy, I'm not used to the gear...)

OK! Today was probably the best benchpress session ever, in my life, so far. I have not lifted max RM1 since my 19 birthday (2008/09/06, at a competition in Jönköping, 175kg). Over the summer I have been training my ground strength and it has improved unexpectedly well in benchpress. (I will probably inprove more in deadlift and squat in the nearest future, because I injred my knee the first session since JEC, I missed 2 weeks of training)

Last week it was a very good RM3 at 177,5x3 and This week I asked my Trainer Krister Ståhlberg If I could try my max RM1. It was Ok, just for one session. My thought, and mental limit was at 190 before the session..... But It would soon change!!!


The way to 200 kg RAW in benchpress at this session!

180x1 PB - VERY EASY! My club mates said (GO for 190 and 200 Directly. But because of my mental limit at 190, I did not want to do that...

195x1 ( hade some problems in the middle, a bad hit on the chest... ) I was a bit "scared" because it was over the mental limit. But because 190 was so good, I think that my mental limit increased at the session! But it came up!
200x1 Ok. THIS IS THE MAGIC RAW LIMIT FOR EVERYBODY! MY thought was to make 200 next year as a "small goal", but now 10 days after my 20th birthday I managed to to this. I'm very happy about this, and very proud!

If I just can get a new shirt from METAL I hope that my benchpress result with shirt will increase very much in autumn.

Small benchpress: 100x5, 150x5 (thats good after the heavy session).

Deadlift: 5x1x160.
