My supplements, all from Strength

Before my session:
* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and

During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.

After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.

Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

I trained in the morning.. It was not so good.. Because I'm not used to that. The session was heavy. I was tired and so on...

Benchpress: 8x3x120

Deadlift: 3x190 2x205 1x215 3x205 1x220

Patrial deadlift: 210x3, 220x3.

Benchpress with 20 cm block and shirt: 300x1 !!! WOW, it was cool to hold 300 kg, and also press it a bit ! :)

Squat: 3x4x202,5

Benchpress: 2x5x135

CB benchpress: 2x5x100 (with an Macdonald barbell or what it's called Krister???)

1/2 Benchpress in a rack: 100x4, 120x4, 130x4

Reverse grip benchpress: 2x5x100, easy! but its hard to "hold" the barbell.

Low box squat, with red bands. 5x2x120 (I think it was about 25-40 kg in the top, dont know really...

I have been resting for 2 weeks, because of the "heavy" competition.. It was very relaxing to have dose days to rest my body!

Now I'll start to work out again and build more raw strength over the winter.


Squat: 2x4x185

Smalldeadlift: 190x3

Barbell bent over row: 2x5x130

6 set belly.

This was my last competition for the year. The goal was to make 900 or more in the total!

I have been very careful with the food the whole week, my weight was round 127 in the beginning. But on the competition it was 124,7.

Squat:

330: 3-0 GOOD LIFT.

352,5: 2-1 GOOD LIFT.

365: 1-2 NO LIFT

Comments: The first lift was very good, thought the warps were very strange warped. The second lift was OK (Club senior record). The last lift was the BEST one I think, as many others. Also one of the judges that gave me a red lamp told me that he thought that the last squat was better than the one in the middle, after seeing some pictures and movies.........................

Benchress:

230: 0-3 NO LIFT

230: 3-0 GOOD LIFT

242,5: 0-3 NO LIFT.

Comments: In the first lift I had problems with the technique. The weight came up but a blue card. The second attempt was perfect. Not the third... A weight that had been a secured weight was between 235-240. But I wanted 242,5 to make a club senior record. I missed the lift in the middle. dont know why.

Deadlift:

300: 3-0 GOOD LIFT

317,5: 3-0 GOOD LIFT

327,5: 0-3 NO LIFT:


Comments: The first was very easy. The second was to make the 900 total!!!! And the third was to make a club record. If the lift was more importaint I think that I would have managed but My motivation was not at the top after reaching 900... I missed the lift after the knees.

Total 900 kg.

513 Wilk points.

A good competition. I only got 5 lifts, but 900 kg...

Now I'll have some RAW training again, and try to make some new records there!!! I will aslo try to keep my bodyweight close to 120 kg!

Squat: I was going to my first weight that I Will have on the competition on saturday... 330. All the weights up to that wore good, but in 330 i lost the technique in the bottom and fell backwards. I did not make a other attempt..

Benchpress: (NEW TECHNIQUE!) I have my (back/upper shoulder) much more back now, so my "lift way" is 7-10 cm shorter. It worked good, but I think I will be MUCH better at benchpress when I have had some time to train that.

Today: 225x1, 235x1, 242,5x0 FUCK! The shirt was drawn TO HARD AGAIN... Its hard to me to know how hard is to hard... :( I hope to make that as the last weight.

Benchpress with shirt: 225x1 232,5x1, 240x1 (GOOD LIFT!)

And 2x0x245... The first attempt was quite good...

My back still hurts when I go out and in with the weights...

Squat full gear: 330x1, 345x1, 360x1 (the one on 360 was the best lift, parallel!)

Some belly training.

I had to stay 2h extra because of the "dopingpolice"...

The film starts exactly when I press the weights up, so I will show a picture also.

A deadlift session, that was not that good..

Deadlift: 280x1, 305x1,

315x1 (with a technical miss) Because I pull the barbell in front of me when I start do draw it, instead of pulling it towards my body). I tried to make it better on 320 kg, but than i did it TO much... So I missed the lift at the knees....

I have looked at my films from the Jec, and I see how I do there. I'll try to just do like that, but maybe look "up" all the way from the beginning, instead of first looking down, than up.
