Before my session:
* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and
During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.
After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.
Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

| 13 Jan 2010 Benchpress: 170x4. I was suppose to do between 3-4 reps, not more. It was quite Easy. I think i can do about 5-6 reps on this weight. 142,5x10 - easy! Negative with shirt: 220x3, 230x2, 240x1. Decline: 150x4 Frenchpress: 60x5, 70x5. Deadlift: 5x1x160 |

| 11 jan 2010 Squat: RAW: 235x3, very deep and easy! First time gear since nov (because I will compete quite light in the end of jan). 270x2, 290x1 (deep) Negative: 310x3, 325x2, 340x1 Benchpress with with 15 cm block and Shirt: up to 280 kg! Quite easy, and a new personal record with 5 kg. Belly training. |

| 25 december 2009 Todays session became a bit harder.. I did not have any "magnesia" (The withe powder that you have on the hands...).. And the barbell was slippy and VERY bad.. Deadlift: 195x3, 217,5x2, 227,5x1,. Suit on: 227,5x3, 247,5x1 ( I had to have "Drag rämmar") Dont know the word in englisg. Bands that help you with the grip. I could not lift the barbell with 247 kg on with out them............. Benchpress 6x3x110 Belly 5 set |
