My supplements, all from Strength

Before my session:
* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and

During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.

After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.

Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

Squat raw: 255x3 NEW PB !!! With 5 kg. All were deep. the 3th was VERY deep.

Benchpress: 5x3x110. Today my shoulder was not as it should be. I hurt all around the shoulder... Maybe since the last session. I hope it will be better soon.

Today I had an early session because one of the lesions were canceled. I was quite alone in the gym. Some pupils from a school helped me out a bit.


Benchpress: 3x3x162,5 , 145x10

With the legs in the air: 135x8

Small benchpress: 120x4, 125x5, 130x5

Deadlift, with red bands: 5x1x150

Raw squat: 245x3

FUll gear: with an new suit.. to get it to fit better... And stretch it out a bit. 280x1, 290x1

Negative RAW: 260x3, 275x3, 280x3

Dynamic isometric deadlift: 3x3 sek

Benchpress with shirt, and 15 cm block. Old PB: 280. Goal for today was to make a new PB.

I made 282,5, and I also pressed 290. I had little problems with one arm in the end of the lift.

Belly training. I was at the gym 4h......

Because of the exam that I have on friday I had my friday session today also, deadlift.

Deadlift, with suit: 3x3x260

Rumanian deadlift: 160x3, 190x3, 210x3

Benchpress: 3x3x157,5 - 140x11,

Legs in the air: 130x6

With 10 cm block: 170x3, 190x1 ...

I am not that good right now, because I am having a cold. And I have quite much to do with the studies (exam this Saturday and next Friday.....)

I was quite tierd today at the session... And even more after!

For those that have been following my training, you know that the last sessions have not been the best... I have had problems both with the squat and the deadlift.

This competition was important for myself, to get a good confidence again. And also to have a place in the National team again. I will compete in norway at the European nationals in June.

I had 8/9 lift and the best lift was the benchpress on 242,5 kg I think! The squat on 355 was GOOD but the judges did not think so.

I was the only lifter to have a result that started with 9.....

Today my goal was to manage 315 kg, because the 3 misses last session.

It did not start well... I missed 315 at the first attempt. After looking at the movie I saw that The miss was because my hips were too high. I tried again and I succeed. OK!

I have a film from the 240 benchpress from Wednesday.

I am very impressed with myself, even thought the lift would not be approved I showed that I had much strength. See for your self.
