Before my session:
* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and

During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.

After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.

Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

Today I had my deadlift session. I think that the wide sumo is not the best option for me.. I think that my Old style is better. I had 3 set on 240 x 3 reps. The last set I did not stand " wide " I stand As I used to do before. If feelt quite good, maybe better than the Wide Sumo.

Rumanian Deadlift: 195x3, 220x3, 225x3

Biceps, and belly.

Monday, Wednesday,Friday. This week has been a quite easy weak, where I rested a bit.

I have ended a 10 week long period of a program with many different exercises and so on. Now I will train quite "normal" but also RAW again for a little while.

Monday: Squat: 3x3x160 kg.

Wednesday: Benchpress with the legs in the air: 165x4 !!! 170x2, 145x8

Friday: Wide sumo deadlift: 3x3x225, biceps.

Conventional deadlift: 210x2, 240x1, 265x1, 280x0.8 :) I missed 280 at the end.. So it was like 80% of the lift, haha.

Barbell bent over row: 120x6, 130x6, 140x6, 150x6

Deadlift (wide sumo): 5x3x210

Benchpress with legs in the air: 157,5x5, 2x5x150, 142,5x10.

Hangbar benchpress: with red bands (30 kg help in from the chest, 10 kg help at the top.). Last week I missed the 3th on 190:... Today;


165x3, 185x3, 190x3, 195x3, 200x2

Romanian deadlift in powerrack, with red bands: 160x3 190x3, 210x3, 215x3

High box squat (4 cm over parallel) with red bands (+10 kg at top): 210x3, 225x3, 235x3

Deadlift (wide sumo): 5x3x210

Benchpress with legs in the air: 157,5x5, 2x5x150, 142,5x10.

Hangbar benchpress: (30 kg help in from the chest). 160x3, 180x3, 190x2

Benchpress in rack, start just over the chest: 140x3,


This session felt very good. I was strong in the benchpress with the legs in the air. Fun exercise( hang bar benchpress).
