My supplements, all from Strength

Before my session:
* Nitro Kick - 12 capsules 45 min before training.
* Kre-Alkalyn- 3 capsules 45 min before training and

During my session
* BCAA- About 15-20 g during the whole session.

After my session
* Milk & Whey- 50g of protein.

Other times each day
* U-GROW- 12 capsules
* Milk & Whey- Protein as snack.

Deadlift: 3x3x160

Benchpress with shirt.

230x1 (3-4 cm left to the chest)
235x1 (3-4 cm left to the chest)
235x1 All the way down

Today I had problems with the "way down".. I think it is because the shirt is so stiff. I have just to practice with the shirt more,. This was the first time for me to try to lift the whole lift with this new shirt.

Benchpress with the legs in the air: 152,5x6

I tried two different suits today also. I will do it for some more sessions to see witch on is the best.

Deadlift: Velocity: 260x1, 290x1, 297,5x1

Change suit: Titan NXG super plus: 285x1, 297,5x1...

Both suits feel good.. So I dont know yet...

Barbell bent over row: 110x5, 130x5, 140x5

This week has been a "light" week. Short sessions.

21 Feb:

Deadlift: 2x1x290. Once with the Velocity, and Once with a new Squat Suit from Titan.

23 Feb:

Benchpress with shirt+5 cm block: 235x1, 245x1, 250x1, 255x1, 260x1

Legs in the air: 152,5x4...

Deadlift: 3x3x160

25 Feb:

Squat raw: 240x1, 265x1. 280x0... Damn... I did a technical miss at the bottom. Last week I did 270x2... I have the strenght to squat 280...

Full gear: 300x1, 2x1x330

Negative benchpress with shirt: 230x1 - Just go get the shirt down to the chest for the firs time with this shirt.

Lockouts from the "middle of the lift": 175x4, 190x4?

CB-benchpress: 105x5, 115x5

18 Feb:

Squat raw: 245x2, 255x2, 270x2,

Full gear: 1x290, 2x1x320

Lockouts: 350x1, 400x1, 440x1 (no gear - only belt).

wide squat: 2x5x210

½ GM: 170x3, 190x3..

Benchpress with shirt, + 10 cm block: 190x1, 230x1, 260x1 270x0 (i did a technical miss and the barbell almoast hit me.. ) . I tried 270 again., and than 285x1 New PB

First session with the new SUPER KATAN 48. And the Velocity, 44.

The deadlift was a little bit unusual. But it will be better..

Deadlift: 2x1x275

Romanian deadlift: 165x4, 190x4, 210x4

benchpress with 10 cm block + shirt: 220x2, 240x2, 260x2 270x2

I Just had a short session with the new Squat suit,. Just to get it on me, and do 1-2 lifts. It was quite OK!

I now have a: TITAN SuperCenturion Size 44! I have to make it a bit shorter in the shoulders.

I did one lift at 280, and one at 300. The lift at 300 was easy, and about parallel.

SORRY FOR THE BAD UPDATE: I have had some problems with the website the last week. But now I will update as usual.

I had a RAW competition, 29 Jan. 14-21 Jan I was In Marocko, and I did not train. Than I did one session at 22 Jan. 26 Jan I was going do to 180x3 in benchpress.. BUT..... I injured myself,(muscle strain) So the benchpress that has been very good the last weeks, was not good at the competition. That had an Impact on my "motivation" to make a good total.

The competition:

Weight: 118,8.

Squat: 260 GOOD, 270 Good and easy. 280 Miss (before the lift I took of my "knee warmers" - I think that had some impact, and also the "motivation problem" so i Missed at the middle...

Benchpress: I was still injured, but I tried to lift "only with my triceps" I did 170 very easy. And Stopped there... So the injury would not become worse.

Deadlift: The warm up was TOOO LONG. I was "freezing" before the first deadlift, I was not warm.. The first on 260 was almoast heavy, at 270 it was better, I was more loaded. I did also a lift on 285, a new personal record. This lift was actually good.

I think that I could deadlift atleast 290, maybe 290+. If I was going for a "good total - (750-760)

Total: 725. It was OK.

I have not been training for over 10 days. I have been in Marocko. Today Krister Ståhlberg was at the training in Jönköping. I had a long session with, Squat, Bechpress and Deadlift. Next week I will compete at a "serieomgång". I will compete RAW, just for fun.

Squat: 240x1, 260x1, 270x1

Benchpress: 175x4, 185x1, 190x1, 160x8

Deadlift: 255x3, 275x1

Because I will go on vacation to Marocko on friday morning, I had to train deadlift today also.

In the deadlift I have not been sure if i Should stand sumo or Wide sumo. I have been training wide sumo for a while now. And after todays session, I am quite sure that it will be THE WIDE SUMO; that will be my new style. .

Deadlift: wide sumo: 3x3x250, quite easy. 260x1, 270x1.

Deadlift with wide grip: 180x5, 200x5, 220x5 (this was VERY heavy for my back).

Benchpress: 170x4, easy!!! 160x5, also easy.

But it felt strange in my left chest, so I only did one set in the decline benhcpress: 150x5

I have been "living" at my moms house since 21 dec (Eksjö). This is because I have not had school... The "heavy" squat sessions had not been so "good/heavy".. This is because I cant go "max" at the gym at eksjö, (environment, not that good help and so on).

This week I have two sessions (today squat) Wednesday (benchpress+ deadlift) At friday I will leave sweden and go to Marocko with Sara! I will not train for a week than...

Todays session was better at JSK.

Squat: 240x3, 250x3, 260x3 (PB)

Low box squat: 210x3, 220x3, 230x3

Benchpress with 10 cm block:
150x1,190x1, 210x1, 220x0.

Here is a video from two of the deadlift sets from Friday. And 250,260 squat from today.
