This is my training’s log. I have been writing different types of logs from the very first start of my training career. The latest ones were at body.se and gometal.com. To make everything very easy for myself and others that follows my training I decided to make a website. It is not as dynamic as commercial blogs and poker forums, but the simple approach works well for me and my logs readers. Now I will only write here. It’s better to make one thing good, instead of making a few things poor…

I will write in the log after every training session. I will sometimes also put in movies; form the training, so you and my trainer can see how the lifts were.

Deadlift: 260x1, 285x1, 300x1, 310x1, 320x0 ( Missed in the middle, it was an technical miss. ) I will have strenght for that and even more on J-WC!

Last session will be in Czech, the first weight in squat and benchpress, on monday!

Todays session was good!

Benchpress: 235x1, 2x1x242,5 - good!

Legs in the air: 150x6 (1 rep more, and 7,5 kg more than last week).

Deadlift, red bands: 6x2x140

This squat session was very bad.

Full gear: 280x1, 310x1, 340x1,

Than 355 Miss.. I took the shoulder slaves (axelband) and folded (vek) them to get them more strengthened But that lift became a catastrophe. In the middle I lost the grip with one arm and failed the lift.

3 minutes after that i tried again, this time it became a Deep and negative lift. . .

Sorry for the very bad uppdates. I have not been at home, I have been at my mothers home for 2 weeks, But now I and Sara are at our new apartment in Jönköping! The updates will come after every session now, and also movies from the sessions!

This session was an catastrophe... I had sewed the deadlift suit more than the last session, maybe it was too hard? I dont know yet..

Benchpress with shirt: 3x1x232,5 - easy lifts.
Negative with shirt: 240x3, 250x2, 260x1
Legs in the air: 140x6
Deadlift, red bands: 7x2x135

6 Aug
A quite good deadlift session!

Full gear: 275x3 EASY! This was very good!

290x1, 305x1, 310x1. The lifts on 305, and 310 were quite bad, because: 305 God a BAD grip, 310 i had my hips to high.

9 Aug


Squat, full gear: 280x1, 310x1, 335 Parallel, 345 Parallel. 360 - Miss, technique miss in the bottom. I raise: 370 - 2 cm over parallel (as it was suppose to be...)

Today was an heavy session!

I had to wrap my knees the whole session, usually I wrap them only to 320-330 kg... After that I need help, but today nobody that can wrap good was there...

Squat: 260x1, 290x1, 315x1, 2x1x335 (one 1 cm over parallel and the other was parallel on one side, and good on one..... Look for your selves).

Squat: 3-4 cm over parallel: 355x1, 365x1

The lift on 355 was my best lift today I think!!!

As soon as I waked up, me and Sara started to carry boxes and furniture, because we are moving to an other apartment. I was very tired after this... But the session was good anyway! ;)

Deadlift raw: 252,5x3

Gear on: 270x3, 295x1, 300x1 - Good lifts!

Patrial small deadlift: 230x3, 250x3 - Sumo: 270x3

Barbell bent over row: 120x7, 130x6, 140x5

Shoulders - 3 set.

Belly 3 set.

Negative with shirt: 232,5x1, 240x1, 250x1. It was hard to come down with the barbell on 232,5...

Legs in the air: 137,5x8

Today I forgot my knee pad and the warm shorts from REHBAND. This was not good for the raw squat, because I am so used to use these two items.

Squat: 252,5x2 missed the 3th in the middle...

With gear: 280x1, 310x1, 2x1x325 Above parallel. 345x1 above parallel also.

I tried to go down in different ways, first slow and than fast but nothing seemed to work so good. I looked at my J-EC films on the squat and saw that I had the same speed all the way down. So in the future I will do like that.

I also did some belly training.

This deadlift session was almoast the same as laxt week, because of the misses that session. This time it was much better!

Deadlift: 245x3,

Suit on: 265x3, 2x1x290.

Partial sumo deadlift: 240x3, 250x3, 265x3

150x9 ... The 9th rep was very easy, the 10th was impossible.

Legs in the air: 135x8

Cambered bar: (7 cm deep): 110x5, 120x5, 125x5

Deadlift with red bands: 5x2x135

Bent over laterals and rotator cuff

Today was one of the worser sessions that I have done.. I think it can be because of: I trained at 11, normaly at 15. I had a 1h walk before, I did not train at my regular gym in Jönköping. I have not learned to use the new suit so good yet... Anyway next time I will try to make a better session.

Deadlift: 245x2 (miss on 3).

Suit: 265x2 (miss on 3). 287.5x1 Heavy.

Benchpress: 5x1x120.


19: A better session!

Squat: Raw: 247,5x3 VERY DEEP!!!

Suit on: 280x1, 310x1, 2x1x315. The first one was deep!

Deadlift with wide hold: 160x3, 200x3, 210x3

Benchpress with shirt and 10 cm block: 190x1, 220x1, 250x1, 270x1, 280x1 . Quite good and easy! PB with 10 kg.
